Can you release me domain without waiting for my account to be deleted? I created a new account but I cannot upload my website because I have to wait 24 hours for my old account to be deleted. I tried to log into my old account to delete the domain but I cannot log in because it is suspended.
I would like to get my website back online tonight.
I don’t know if I can post my account name on the forum, but the cancel request was sent from the email I registered with on this forum.
This would probably be best worked out with sales, via email on salesAT jodohost.com or on live chat you can speak to sales, about to go through a shift change so probably best to do it in the next 10 minutes, or wait 25 minutes so you don’t have to wait for a new staffer to handle it.
I will ask on LiveChat then. I talked to someone earlier today from billing and they told me I needed to wait 24 hours.
But in the mean time my website is down for all of that time.
We don’t have everyone ‘deleting’ accounts, as a precaution, just to prevent wrongdoing or error/mistake.
It should be able to be handled in the next hours at the most.
