Add Resource Failed?

When I try to add a subdomain, I get this error:
Failed to add new resource.
[font=Verdana][size=2]There is not enough money on your account balance. Please send a check or verify the validity of your credit card.[/size][/font]

However, I am paying by paypal, and I though the billing was automatic?

Maybe they restricted any changes because of server moving? In the e-mail there was something about that

I got the same message when I tried to add another MySQL account - one with DBA privlideges so I could use the phpMyAdmin tool.

Ahhh, it must be the server change. But I wish the error could have been more specific…

I’m sorry but database additions have been disabled till the shift is complete. This was not orginally intented so it wasn’t in the announcement. This has been done because we are in the late stages on the sync and a new database creation would have been left behind.
