Administrator Account Missing

I notice the administartor account is missing now in the admin panel. How do you change the password for the admin account the option is gone.

It is all from the 1st panel now with 3.0

“Reseller User” → change Password

They change it both the 1st panel and admin panel have the same login details now. I changed the password and it didn’t work then realize the username changed to what the 1st panel is. 8)

It is a bit different now it is the “simplified reseller”

So do we still have the service account? Such that we have the “reseller” account and our main hosting account?

it is technically still thre but now hidden, wait this is reseller admin that is hidden, service DOMAIN account is still needed and there

Yep, everything the same but service account hidden, just that the username and password you use for the 1st control Panel (Jodo Control Panel) is the same username and password for your admin panel now.

Hummm… Im not sure that was a good move… or if I didnt undestand it right.

For example… I have one guy who runs the day-by-day of the business, and had admin account access, which made possible for him to go into the other accounts… but NOT beeing able to go into payment details, for example.

For us, that would be the most adequate set up. Me as the reseller, and him as the administrator of daily cp/server issues.

I have not exhausted the new cp… but sounds like now he will be able to see the area previously restricted to me, as the reseller. Is that correct?

Theres still a option for Administrator plan wizard. Im sure setting up another admin account will work and uncheck the areas that are not allowed to him when creating the plan.

IÃ‚Â´ll try having that set up.
If anybody has tried that, or Jodo staff, please confirm cp would perform that way…

You can always create a new admin user the way WebD said.
Just take care you don’t loose track of what your actual main reseller user is :).
No kidding, but a big number of resellers forgot their main logins and had to work with us to identify them.
