We already made request to delist it from spamcop.
Also please open a ticket .

I am also unable to send email to my personal email account, probably for the same reason, and one of my clients also has reported this to me.

Any time estimate on how long before this is cleared up?

SPamcop made this listing due to an autoresponder, they dislike autoresponders and count them as “misdirected bounces” causing a listing.
It SHOULD be delisted in the next hour or so, as it has passed the timer and just saying a “short time” now.

Also we have already made changes to avoid this error yesterday itself. You probably got them before the changes were applied.

Foxmem, it is impossible in shared hosting, and many times in dedicated as well. It is a fact of life on the internet, even the big companies get listed some times(AOL, yahoo, google, etc)

That error message just looks like you’ve been given a duff email address?

If the client signed up adding domains his own email addresses are using, then the system is trying to send the emails to his internal domain.

He may have not created his mail boxes internaly yet and hence this error.

This is standard behaviour and has nothing to do with mail3, mail4 or spamcop

I have other hosting provider “cPANEL” +2 years ( some clients love cpanel ) this issues about mail server listed in spamcop.net, etc has never happened

All major providers get listed, aol, gmail, yahoo, google, earthlink, verizon, no one is immune.

i think what the matter is in the often this happens

This does not happen very often, and when we get reports of ANY spam, we stop it, we also proactively stop spam with the limits per day that are setup. it is impossible to stop all, but we do try very hard.

Maybe they just never happened to have a bad customer on this server during this time(something rare these days). But the reason i think matters more here is that we use spamcop as well, while your other host may not(or have everything of theirs whitelisted). Now this is why our clients notice it here mostly while they dont see so at other hosts.

Question: why we not whitelist,
because this spam may even flow to our client’s mailboxes that we dont want. Also acts as a notification for us.
I’ll be adding a safer implementation, where only selected IPs will be whitelisted.
