Your main site is down - ALL of my sites and email are down. NOTHING is posted about this on your support forum. What the hell is going on!
Sites are not down, we would post if it were the case 
Actually, stephen, things were all down for about 5 minutes half an hour ago – at least from my end of the world (US NE). Didn’t affect livechat or jodopulse, but jodohost.com as well as my vps sites and reseller sites were all down. By the time I got the denial from your live chat’ers, things were back up.
I can tell you, you are both on comcast.
Also I am attaching a image of the chart, no dropoff in outgoing network traffic at all on it
yep, comcast – but I could get to other sites w/o trouble; was it the connection between comcast and jodohost’s backbone provider that blew up for a bit?
anyway, good to hear it was a limited hit. What my client’s don’t know can’t hurt them… 
do you have a traceroute from when it happened? I believe AT&T had some issue on their network well outside of ours
Alas, no traceroute; too busy panicking to be smart about figuring out what had happened.
