My clients cant receive email messages sent to their domain - I opened a support ticket - waiting several hours and no support, no message in the forums

This may be isolated issue. You can give your Ticket ID at Livechat and have them check the issue.
Tanmaya solved the problem. Sorry to complain in your forum but sometime when my cliets wait for hours and they cry to me- I have no choice. If they have a code issue I can solve it but when it is CP or email related we have to rely on jodo staff.
Please note that not all issues can be resolved quick. They will need their due time to be investigated and then resolved. It is fine to complain on forums, but please don’t average out ticket response times and expect same resolution time to all issues.
