I have 2 tickets in for VPS new account, and no one has answered them one being early this afternoon. The ftp is very slow for both me and my client and keeps timing out.
Can someone advise the 2 tickets???

The tickets have been answered you can check the firewall on them sometimes it can do this, but the VPS is your thing once we turn it over,there isn’t a lot of hand holding.
