i just sent out a mass mail, and havent received any of the copies yet.. usually its instantanious.

mail2 isn’t an active mail server. It’s a backup relay server
there is mail1, mail3 and mail4

how do i know which one the site is on?
i thought it was in the CP → Mail, and then see what the relay is: mail 2-> mail

that means you are on mail1. My own email is hosted on mail1 too and I’ve seen no such issues. No complaints so far from other customers

i meant web-based mass mail, not email client.
