I was a bit of a pain in a recent ticket. So I’d like to publicly thank Praveen, Manish, and Abhishek for their professional and patient handling of the affair.
Somehow a site of mine got changed from running PHP 4 to PHP 5. As a result, some of the code stopped working. I have no recollection of making the switch. I don’t think my client could even figure out how to do it. So, I guess I must have done so. 
Anyway, I want to thank you all for dealing with me and helping me get the site back up and running.
