ASP.NET & Hsphere API

Has anyone used ASP.Net (v2.0 or 1.1) to successfully utilize the Hsphere API? If so can you point me in the right direction to implement this? I want to use the API to create my own signup forms as well as administrative tasks.

If Not, can anyone point me in the right direction using any other language?

There are some ASP and PHP versions floating about, but not any asp.net that I have seen.

The API is disabled for all IPs unless you send a ticket and we add to the accepted list, just as a FYI.

Can you point me to some examples of the asp implementation?

Also, Can I use a dedicated IP? With SSL?

asp api access is here:

Yes you need a dedicated IP for us to allow, and I believe SSL works as well.
