aspSmartUpload problems

I’m having problems using Aspsmartupload. Can anyone point me in the correct direction. Please see below.. Thanks for your help in advance.

Set mySmartUpload = Server.CreateObject(“aspSmartUpload.SmartUpload”)

    or

Set objUpload = Server.CreateObject(“Dundas.Upload.2”)

gives us the following error

Server object error ‘ASP 0177 : 800401f3’

they are not installed on win1, win2 and win4 because we are going to be migrating these servers anyway

i was under the impression that they were installed on all servers. this said, How long does it take to be moved from win2 to win6 and what is the win6 enviroment? and finally how do i request this move? Thanks again for your help

it takes 10 seconds, just open a ticket
Win5 and Win6 are more stable Win2000 problems. we’ve been having alot of issues with Win1, Win2 and Win4 which are win2003 servers so we plan to downgrade them to windows 2000
