One of my customers wants to be able to delete emails automatically from there mailbox once it’s 4 hours old, is there a way of doing this? :rolleyes:

David, there is no such option available at the moment.

You could write a program to do this for them. It would have to run on one of their local computers and fetch the mail and deleted it off the server.
I know this isn’t what you’re looking for but was the only thought I had.
You could write a program that resides on your computer, download mail headers and deletes message older that a certain date without having to download them. I am sure there are plenty of programs that allow you to screen and delete email from the server prior to you downloading them using an email client. Some research is needed from your end
