AWStats on Win 13

Hi folks,

I have 3 different domains on Win-13 where for about the last 1 to 2 weeks AWStats no longer updates at night. I have put a ticket into support and they have manually updated them a couple times, but they simply do not update again after they do it. Is anyone else seeing this? I will also put in an update to support about this too I guess.

Please do send a ticket, this happens sometimes if awstats is getting stuck on a domain it will skip over them, there are a few reasons it could get stuck.

Thanks I did..actually in the new ticket..I simply referenced the other one.

Thanks for looking into this..if you need any more information..just ask for the ticket from the “green guy” :tongue:
