I need to create a back up of my db. I will be running scripts tommorrow and need a back up created in case something goes wrong. Who do i contact about this?

Submit a ticket and we can give you a bak file, or use the web based tools to download on demand, we can give you the URL for that on ticket if you tell us which server.
