Backups

I thought I saw a backup forum before I registered. Is there one?

I am using Microsoft Windows backup program. I have backed up routinely for a long time, however, I recently had a hard drive crash and when I attempted to restore backed up data it said it could not find the files.

Am I in the right forum - can you offer any suggetions?

this is not exactly the right kind of forum, but we are helpful people. What kind of errors did you get?
