Big concerns about 'ANON' support

When a reply to one of our customer is:

Hello,

Full backup is running on cp server
http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=8308

Regards
xxxxx

Do the support staff answering anon support not understand?

and why do the email addresses of the messages sent end with @jodohost.com ??

That is a very serious lapse. I’ll be checking that out. I apologise for that

I guess you saw this in your Agent login. With cerberus, only helpdesk agents can see emails of other agents.

Can you please PM me your ticket# so that we can take neccesary action?

What does the customer see then?

This aside, providing a link to a topic on your forums is totally unacceptable.

Certainely, and we will sure take necessary action to avoid this. I again apologise for this big mistake.

How do you guys know whos with JODO and who are your resellers when doing support. This could be very bad for a reseller when sending to JODO fourm or even mentending JODO, when it is a reseller.

I was thinking about using the Support option for my clients, but how do you defined whos who so things like this don’t happen again??

Hello WebD,

This was a bad mistake by the tech, it is in a different queue than ours :frowning:
