I guess you saw this in your Agent login. With cerberus, only helpdesk agents can see emails of other agents.

Certainely, and we will sure take necessary action to avoid this. I again apologise for this big mistake.
How do you guys know whos with JODO and who are your resellers when doing support. This could be very bad for a reseller when sending to JODO fourm or even mentending JODO, when it is a reseller.
I was thinking about using the Support option for my clients, but how do you defined whos who so things like this don’t happen again??
