Billing and Payment and Follow up CRM / Script

Hi

Can anyone suggest me any readymade script or CRM etc for the following requirements

This will be a browser based online system, with login facility for the system admin and users.

a) database of few hundred members

b) on 7th day of each month a query will be run to check who has paid their monthly bill. Somebody will manually fill that data by 6th

c) On 8th someone run a query to find the names and details of the defaulters let’s say 25 members have not paid their dues. A report can be generated as to who this person is, person id, address/contact details and amount due.

d) a standard letter of request or legal notice (already in a template format) can be created with personalised info i.e. a standard legal notice with the defaulters details (like a personalised newletter) can be generated which can be sent via email or printed and send via post or fax etc

Although it sounds simple it is also complex.

Any suggestions?

I haven’t used it, but you might try Amember http://www.amember.com/

I looked into it for a client but ended up with a different solution (a Mambo component).

BTW this client also has a site in mambo, so can u tell me more on that add-on mambo component?

Amember is good, but it only works on the same timezone as the server, Eastern, just want to let you know now, as we have one user with that as a problem, but it can’t be easily resolved.

Paddy, the system I used is called JBridge. It’s actually a combination of VirtueMart, JACLPlus, and Community Builder. I set it all up and configured it. But my client ended up hold off on charging for access to his site. So, I haven’t actually tested its functionality.

Well most of what I saw, others suggested are specific to hosting, I was / am looking for a general purpose. If you are interested in hosting specific you can look into above mentioned as well as someone suggested

Ubersmith ( www.ubersmith.com) . It is a great all-in-one tool that could serve as automated billing, support and a CRM of sorts.

What I am looking for is not automatic online billing but only a script that will generate a report on a specific day that shows who has paid by that day and who haven’t and then a email can be send for reminder to them, legal depart, billing & sales.
This is not hosting specific. Anyways …

Hi cyber, me too i have same problem i need soft for general purpose without online billing, all manual
