Due to recent package changes, our system is generating billing errors for many of our customers. Such billing errors include:
- Charging for extra monthly transfer
- Charging for extra resources (domains, etc.) which were otherwise guaranteed free till Jan 11, 2004
If you encounter such an error, please email [email protected] forwarding a copy of your invoice. We will promptly reverse those charges
