You know its frustrating over 3 days to try to cancel a account. First your cancelation form is terrilbe the security image don’t work, then it erases everything you type, after 4 tries I gave up.
Then I send a email 3 more days pass hear nothing. Then tonight I go to live chat OVER 1 IN A HALF HOURS IT TOOK TO GET THIS RESOLVED. Then I get transferrd to someone else kept putitng me on hold for long periods of time. I must of had to repeat myself I don’t know how many times over and over. I don’t know why first person Meinmida didn’t just continue to help me.
This is nuts to go through all this and spend this much time to cancel a account its 530am here and needed to be in bed early tonight, your billing needs to imporve.
