Blackberry on Exchange Hosting?

Can we use blackberry on exchange Hosting??? Please tell me yes or they are going to sprint! 8)

We do not support blackberry server on the exchange hosting, however from what I understand you can utilize the blackberry internet services from RIM to connect after setting up a profile and it is actually CHEAPER than we could offer it.

We researched it a lot but to even break even we’d have to charge $15.99 a month which is more than other providers charge at 9.99 to 11.99 a month for blackberry services only(this is in addition to exchange services)

RIM? what is this?

RIM makes the blackberry

And then they should be able to stay with us you think?

BlackBerry | Secure Communications and QNX

Ok good, thanks that might of saved the account then them going to spring.

This issue as been nothing but a nightmare the last few weeks. Im doing my best to help my client figure this out, so there RIM phone will communicate with our exchange server, and SPrint was been no help or any of the research i’ve done.

Has anyone done this before and if so how can I get there phone to use our exchange server using the Enterprise software installed on there phone?

Jodo you might want to look into supporting this, if Hsphere allows it, this is a big thing now and most people needing exchange servers are corporations and they of course use Blackberrys. Sure will make our jobs easier and save and gain new accounts.

We would not have anyone use it at a total cost of $25.99 per account for exchange/RIM services. That is the sad truth.

even if we got a handful of people that did it would not return on our software investment for 2 years time.

I see on the website now, you offer Blackberry for $10 a month, so will this work now for my client RIM blackberry and we can set it up???
