Hi

Trying to email a relative and they just keep getting bounced back with the following -

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail2.gohsphere.com.
I’m afraid I wasn’t able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.

Connected to 82.132.141.69 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address, see: SpamCop.net - Blocking List ( bl.spamcop.net ) [173.0.137.148]

Please advise?

We can fix it, best to open ticket, but will direct linux techs here, and maybe even already fixed. We’ve been working several of these.
