You can use these prices to forumate plans for customers requiring lots of disk space or bandwidth. These prices are heavily discounted and must be sold in multiples
Bandwidth:
$20/mo for 80GB bandwidth (Semi-Dedicated Plans) - Global Crossing & Cogent
$30/mo for 80GB bandwidth (Reseller Packages) - InterNAP
$60/mo for 80GB bandwidth (Windows, Linux, VPS) - InterNap
Disk Space (must only be sold as add-on to highest plan)
Resellers - $7.50/month per GB
Shared Plans - $15/month per GB
VPS Plans - $15/mo per GB
VPS Plans RAM - $100/mo per 1GB of RAM
External VPS Database space - $15/month per GB (offer $1/month per extra database above 1GB)
Semi-Dedicated - $20/month per GB.
While selling bulk space/bandwidth to resellers, remember they cannot use more than 33% of the total disk space in a single account. So clarify that with the reseller.
If offering multiples of the highest package is cheaper for a client requiring alot of resources (when compared to quoting using the bulk pricing figures above), you can offer a package multiple.
For example if a client requires 40GB of disk space and 1000GB of bandwidth for reseller, you can give him a package double the resources of platinum host for double the price
i.e.
48GB of Disk Space
960GB of bandwidth
160 user accounts

If the customer insists that he wants 40GB instead of 48GB of disk space and wants a lower price, tell the customer that this is a preset package and offering 40GB instead of 48GB won’t be any cheaper.
PLEASE contact me for ANY requests for MSSQL over 2GB in size, a 4GB DB(we have a few unfortunately) takes over 30GB of hard drive space on the MSSQL server and over 50GB to keep backups across MSSQL and backup servers. They cause a huge burden on our hard drives and network. Also the fact that a MSSQL DB of this size may cause slowdowns for other uses because it is so large must be taken into account.
