ticket KRS-89628-493 has been created on Dec 2, but put on hold without any solution!
I guess this happen after recent hsphere upgrade.
I NEED to create 1 char subdomain, like m.mydomain.tld for my mobile site … but hsphere now requires at least 2 chars for subdomain.
SENIOR ADMIN please assist!
Yes, it’s a hsphere limitation and it doesn’t allow to add any single char sub-domain.Earlier before upgrade, there was manual customization due to which it was possible to add a single char sub-domain.After upgrade, we are again working to do such manual customization which will solve this problem. We will reply your ticket as soon as any update will be available.
