Can we get this ticket fixed??

When mail is not working, I would think its kind of a serious situation??

  1. This ticket has been open to long >>>>>> Ticket ID: AST-69868-254 Since 18:12:03 and no word about what is going on.

  2. This new live chat does it work?? Responds times are slow, i can’t get a answer from them ive been on hold all I was told please wait regarding this issue. I keep asking if someone is there to see if we are connected no answer. I disconnect go back globe spinning for 5 min. I thiknk you need to go back to the othe live chat system.

I sold a reseller plan for you guys, and his mail is not working all mail is getting bounce back, I really need to get this fixed, he has contacted me 4 times already on this issue.
He left his other reseller becasue of mail problems and now hes getting it here.

I’m still wating to get this fixed, this ticket has not been open 12 hours, when this guy gets up this morning and this mail on mail1 is not working, count on him leaving. He left another company because his mail was taking 6-7 hours to get and sometimes weeks to get his mail.
NOt good first impression with me, and I can’t even get things fixed or a answer, only answer I got in 12 hours we will be back with you from support.
