Cannot send email from MS Outlook Exp

Hi…

I’m already open a new tickets ( ID : 55118 ) but probably because of email problem, until now I haven’t receive any notification for this tickets no.

My Problem, I cannot send any email from MS Outlook Express and error message as below :

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: ‘Info XXXXXX’, Server: ‘mail.XXXXXX.com’, Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Incoming mail to the shared server is bouncing too. What happened to the mail relay that was supposed to get put in place the last mail server outage?

seems to be working now. I guess they’re in the final stages of resolution?

The trick is to get off greedy M$N hotmail and move to GMail. The site http://moveonhotmail.com/ shows how to do this.

I will say MSN did a good job on making it very difficult to read the text (so no program can OCR the text) + they covered their bases by adding a audio version of the text - complete with scratches/pops so no ACR will work. From Brillant/greedy minds comes some bullet proof/legal/unethical extortion.
