Can't add email address

I just signed up for a ‘Value Windows’ account, and tried to add an email address as in the help documents.

I keep getting the error:
Failed to add new resource.
There is not enough money on your account balance. Please send a check or verify the validity of your credit card.

Do I have to pay for more than the two original email addresses?

Edit - I don’t think I can do anything really with the Control Panel. I tried adding a database and got the same error. I paid via PayPal. Is it still awaiting payment to you?

I posted the same question when I joined. You need to wait about 24 hours for payment to go through various checks.

Please open a ticket for this one. I need to know your username
When new accounts are created, they are credited as well. You only have have to wait for a credit on successive payments

ok, now I can’t access the control panel page. Is it down for some reason?
