Cant connect to sql server from localhost

IM having big problems because I cant access database ms sql server from my localhost, what solutions can you give me?

I need to deploy an ASP.NET application, and my local IIS cant login to my MS SEL SERVER EXPRESS 2008 R2, the sql server agent doesnt start.

Im getting out of options to deploy my asp.net application. Please, I ask for help for a solution the quickest way possible.

SQL Express doesn’t include SQL Agent, so that would be why it won’t work.

What are you needing to deploy that requires SQL Agent?
