Cant ftp onto web.jodoshared.com

I am having trouble logging into web.jodoshared.com with my username and password.

In fact, all I get is

Finding Host web.jodoshared.com …
Connecting to 66.36.250.57:21
Connect failure

The ftp information is correct. I already did a help ticket for my client but thought I would try the forums as well.
