cant get thru to support

i have been trying to get hold of support regarding 2 issues referring to win27 - the whole day, but i cant get an response on live chat (yes, the new one) or email support.

my 2 tickets are
[RS #CFO-99811-992]
and
[RS #ISV-45712-951]

both are critical.

We found the issue in ssl matter and fixing it on others before it is a bigger issue :slight_smile:
