Customer can’t overwrite existing files or delete files via ftp on win1 cl2

Support has responded but seem unable to fix it
Pritam is working on this matter already when I asked him about it, should be resolved shortly unless and admin directly set some deny permissions for abuse purposes.
support has fixed it now, has happened to other customer a few weeks ago as well, I think it was also a win server
Probably some files were in use at the time of migration and marked read only since that time.
