Is anyone else having problems with Cerberus Helpdesk?
The tickets I submit are not appearing in my ticket history and as far as I can tell they’re not being handled.
I do receive the confirmation email however.
Now it says 404 file not found when accessing cerberus helpdesk.
The help desk will be back up in a few hours. In the meantime, please use [email protected] and [email protected] to submit tickets
