my client cfmail tag form stop working sinced lastweek. And I dont get any more update from support ticket sinced 2 days ago.

Im not really into CF and hoping to get some clues on this.
Is there any working cfmail tag form that I can use to test on my other jodohost account.

the Mail queue was backed up for Cf on win6, it is resolved now.

Just hope support ticket can be updated/answered by techical staff more quickly, 2days without update make reseller’s customer angry.

I was not made aware of the situation, it should have been escalated to me but I was not told. I will make sure the techs looking at it get such messages to me
