CFX_IMAGE_MX custom tag on WINCF. - Urgent

This custom tag is not working, error message:

Unable to load library
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\cfx_image\cfx_image_mx.dll

Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible, all my websites use this Custom Tag for Image resizing. My ticket 47850.

Does someone have the usage instructions for this tag? I just need it for resizing..
