CGI Error

When I tried to update my blog I recieved this message:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

what is the meaning and how can I do it right???

Even after installing a new blog and importing my old DB this error appeared again.

Do you have the CGI mappings correct, meaning, pl/cgi extension mapped in the control panel?

It may be best in ticket so we can know what you are trying to do, but what is the name of the cgi extension?

(Example .pl .cgi)

it is a DB .sql file. I will consult chat now.
