What does CGIProxy do and is it legal on our servers. I got a sort of wierd sign up yesteday so just curious.

Yes, I knew there was a scam going on. i Just got a PayPal notice of fraud and payment held from this new account. I saw alot of red flags and on the account and then they had a CGIProxy folder etc. uploaded. To furture investigate on my end, payment came from the U.K., contact information was Florida with the phone number in Texas.
I tell you I am so sick and tired of the scammers, hackers and no good S.O.B. fraud ------. JUst fed up. X( X(

I have these guys IP number I will Privite message you, so you can banned them. I got from my live chat and know it was them because the referral came from there control panel.
