Several times i see that my client’s fp passwords were changed and they can’t login - why this happens. My clients didn’t changed the passwords.
This also happens to my accounts too.
Please open a support ticket or send us email with mention account user name, so that we can check it.
if your FTP passwords are changing, it sounds to me someone has access to their Hsphere CP. We don’t change password of users.
