Wasn’t sure which was the correct forum for this question is..but thought I would try here.
I currently am a reseller setup under the “SilverHost” plan. At this time I don’t need that much and would like to downsize to the “ValueHost” plan.
There is an option in the H-Sphere control panel to do that. (Which I haven’t actually tried yet)
A few questions:
Is choosing that option to go from SilverHost to ValueHost all I need to do? Or do I need to contact billing or something else.
It is critical that I don’t have any downtime as a result of doing this..are there any catches I need to be aware of?
After changing will everything else stay the same? IP’s, Contol Panel locations, domains, etc.
