Do you charge SUSPENDED user accounts?
They will be counted unless deleted.
If i add 1 user account over the 20 free accounts in Value Host plan and delete this account after a week, will i be refound for this add account ?
CP will refund and credit to your Billing. Please delete this account with refund option.
