Charged but got no service (domain transfer)

Hi,
When signing up for a vps silver I also decided to transfer my domain nextlead.net.

I entered all requested info and proceeded to payment which was successfull since I received a 2CO.COM Sales Receipt. But nothing else happened and the domain control panel shows that payments due are still pending …

1 - Have I been charged or not ? Is this related to the fraud attempts you’ve been experiencing recently ?

2 - I posted a suport ticket on cyberus helpdesk 3h ago. Nobody answered. Should I rather use H-Sphere support ticket system ?

Thanks for replying,

Amine Gaaliche

Unless you purchased the domain using domain.jodohost.com the “transfer” option in the signup wizard of hspehre does nothing like transferring your domain, and would not be charged as such. It is a case of really bad naming, “transfer a domain” in the hsphere setup simply means:
Use a Domain I already own

So you won’t be charged for a transfer and the domain does not have to be moved to us, you can use your current regisrar and it works perfectly. Your WHOIS reuslts are a bit odd, it shows enom but the info says godaddy registrar, so one of these you will need to go to and setup the DNS servers and such from their interface.

Any Domain issue is handled by the billing department, and they are not as heavily staffed as support, so replies can take longer, but either place you will get a reply. I sent you a reply on hsphere support desk for jodovps just 45 min back about which nameservers to use.
So in short you have not transferred your domain or been charged for this, just for the WinVPS service itself(and I have sent your welcome mail for that quite a long time ago now).

I have moved this topic to Customers Only, and since I know your hosting username have given you customer only forum access. Typically we prefer keeping domains or email addresses out of the public access forums so they don’t get spammed badly.
