is there any issue with chat support? I’m trying connect for 1 hour and there is no opertador available
There are operators available and are busy, and i guess you just recently opened the ticket. You need to wait at least some time before we check the issue and reply.
Please see that tickets will be attended in order of their priority. No ticket cab be escalated unless urgent.
