CL1 - MySQL10 problems

Sites using MySQL10 have been awfully slow lately, and right now they are all showing:

Infinite loop detected in JError

And in the control panel:

Database users 	Unable to load users. Tech support was notified

It seems to be common to any site using MySQL10, so I did not open a ticket yet. No response yet on LiveChat - still waiting.

Is this a hardware or abuse issue?

It has been fixed and closely monitoring.

Thanks - Aditya Gupta looked into this on live chat and it was working soon after.

FYI - MySQL 10 appeared to be running slow last week too - it never crashed completely.
Hopefully it’s a user issue and not a hardware problem!

It is having a kernel error something, we have identified the kernel bug and it is an in progress fix according tot he status. It may need to be downgraded or upgraded soon to resolve it in the meantime.
MySQL10 is a new server with almost nothing on it, the issue last week was unrelated, due to network, and resolved, but in the process of debugging that, the kernel was upgraded to the latest, which seems to have introduced this kernel panic matter.
