We have noticed some issue in the Hsphere Database on Cluster2, and it requires urgent attention. We will be taking a backup and doing a database maintenance on an urgent basis, and no ETA right now on the timeframe.
We are doing this now to ensure no problems down the road and will update as the process continues.
