Currently cl2-web3 is not responding. We are looking into it.
This is still being worked on, there was an issue with php fast cgi, so moved away from it and there have been problems since moving away from fastcgi.
Better now, Praveen will report on it when resolved.
We have moved php to libphp5 on this server. Currently web service is working fine.
