Server has been rebooted to resolve the issue. It was inaccessible over console too.

Server is seeing file system errors. We will need to take it offline immediate to resolve the problem. We apologize for not being able to give a prior notice of this maintenance.

Scan completed 10 minutes back. Server is up now. After this scan and fixes, we expect the server to run a lot more stable.
