Regarding the thread Yash opened about existing resellers being upgraded too, I see the HD space is 4GB, but accounts are still 10 on LiteHost. Is this correct? Why aren’t they 15 as for new accounts?

Accounts have been upgraded to 15 for existing resellers too. Are you experiencing any issues?
Also a few questions from me regarding Cluster2 and existing resellers:
My customers complain about slow Email-properties pages in Hsphere already a long time. (Responsetimes are very slow when changing/adding mailboxes). Is moving to Cluster2 a permanent and a good solution?
Or is waiting for the Hsphere upgrade on cluster1 also a good (or even better) solution?

Please wait for the upgrade, cluster2 is there so you wont loose anything.
Psoft claims to have improved loading a bit in newer version.
I have a reseller in both clusters, and yes, is more speed the email process.
Anyway, i have 2 doubts,
a) exist sql2000 in cluster 2 or only sql2005?
b) Have an extra price the sql2005 ? I go to have a 150-200 MB and dont want pay too much, in cluster1 was included.

its inlcuded in summary quota like cluster1 on sql2000

So 10 free accounts, shouldn’t say 15?

You will see 15 unless you have a custom plan with us (they are no longer being offered). If you have a standard Litehost plan as it appears from your post and still see 10 accounts, email sales with your account username.
One question, one of my customers in cluster1 want more space and i think is a good moment to migrate her to cluster 2, her account has a domain with osCommerce, where can i ak for help to migrate/copy the whole account ? (4 domains)
you would need to speak with technical support and sales on this I believe.
