Back in Dec 2014, JodoHost announced the end of general CF support. However, their email to reseller customers said:
“We are planning to offer ColdFusion 11 on Plesk with Windows 2012 R2 to those needing continued ColdFusion services. If you have any EXISTING domain using ColdFusion, it will not be charged up to following limits:”
Per the instructions in that note, I opened a ticket (#KMO-35618-266) noting the two domains I host that still use CF. Those were supposed to have been moved to the new system. They never were. My ticket never got more than a “thanks, we’ll look into it” sort of response. Now, you’ve shut down the server. My customers are rather upset.
I don’t think it would have hurt you to have sent another round of emails to remind those of old codgers that the actual end-of-life was coming.
