Not only are all my emails to comcast customers being rejected b/c we are black listed on mail4, but now I am also getting Verizon.net kicked back emails on mail.
Remote host said: 550 You are not allowed to send mail:sv12pub.verizon.net
Can someone please fix both of these and update us on the status. I haven’t gotten any complaints from customers yet, but I am sure it will happen soon.
Comcast is giving no details. Verizon has a self delist policy where any customer can delist a server IP and add to a whitelist.
Both of these ISPs are doing the AOL-like policy of “mail volume over 100 emails per ip address is spam” policy from what it seems. SO basically it any mail server sends over 100 emails to a @verizon.net or @comcast address it will be listed. We have been working with them but they reply super slow.
