I have gone over and over your tos and sla, etc located:
Windows Hosting, ASP.NET Reseller, Dedicated Server by JodoHost
Service Level Agreement, Window Hosting, Linux Hosting
I have found a reference to IRC only, concerning that it is not allowed on the VPS, and I understand why.
What I am programming right now is a communications suite, this consists of chatting, instant messaging, internet mail (not email), voice and video communications, all in one program. Since it is NOT IRC, I figure I am safe, and only need to keep an eye out on the bandwidth.
Does this sound correct?
