Does anyone have any ideas for competitions for the forums?
I was thinking about a referral competition.

You may plan something around Dec. 30 when JodoHost will complete 1 full year. You can also think of a compitition which will encourage senior members to help out new members in setting-up sites etc.

As I said over MSN, we’d like to give out a prize in the range of $100 to $150. Let me know what you think would be the best choice. My obvious choice would be a digital camera.

Digital camera’s arnt that cheap. Unless your giving away a $99 camera from circuit city lol 
That sounds great. But we need to find out how/what we can do a competition on the forums.
From my experience, doing a competition for the most posts works, but it can lead to spam. So that should be the last choice.

We have members from all over the world. Some countries have very high custom duty. Winner will end up paying $20-30 dollars in duty to receive the prize. It will be better if we give cash or software etc.
