Maybe webshell is creating something of an improperly formatted zip and another utility besides the one you’re using would do a better job of opening it. Try something like 7-Zip.
This problem is still happening - every single directory I try and ZIP to download. Once downloaded, I try and extract and it’s wanting a password.
I’m extracting using XP’s built in ZIP utility. I admit I haven’t tried using any other utility, but I don’t really want to use any other to be honest…
I think you need to zip something, leave it on the server and then get Jodo support to download it and see if it unzips for them. That way you’ll know if its a server side problem or something at your end.
I have a backup facility included within hsphere on another provider, although its hsphere version 2.5 is there a possiblilty that this backup facility could be made available to resellers here? Ive found it really useful in the past.
